Psychological First Aid

Psychological First Aid equips community members, volunteers, educators, faith leaders, and peer supporters with practical skills to recognise emotional distress, provide immediate support, and connect individuals to appropriate help. The course focuses on compassionate listening, resilience, and community-based mental health support.
